When an Organizer creates a custom event (wedding, birthday, burial, etc.) on the Tixnig Moments platform, we may collect the following information from invited guests:
This data is collected on behalf of the Event Organizer. Tixnig acts as a data processor for this information. We will not use Moments guest data for Tixnig marketing purposes unless the guest independently creates a Tixnig account or opts in to our communications.
When an Organizer books Tixnig Crew services, we may collect event venue address, expected attendance numbers, gate/entry point layout information, and contact details of venue management. This information is retained for 12 months after the event date.
When an Organizer requests Tixnig Studio services, we may collect brand guidelines, logos, visual assets, creative briefs, and communication history related to the project. This information is retained for 24 months after project completion unless the Organizer requests removal.

When you purchase a ticket, the Organizer receives your name, email, and ticket type so they can manage their event.
We share necessary transaction data with our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
If you book a vendor through Tixnig Concierge, we share your name and contact details with that vendor to fulfill the booking.
We use third-party services for email delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
We may disclose your information if required by a court order, Nigerian law enforcement, the Nigeria Data Protection Bureau (NDPB), or any applicable regulatory authority.
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS).
Each ticket QR code contains a cryptographically signed hash. It cannot be forged or duplicated. The QR code does not contain your personal information. It contains only a unique reference ID.
We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or PINs on our servers. All payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Tixnig is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Attendees between 13 and 17 may use the Platform with parental or guardian consent.
We may send you marketing emails about new events, platform updates, and promotions, only if you have opted in. Every marketing email will contain an "Unsubscribe" link. Even if you opt out, we will still send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, receipts, password resets).
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
Your data is primarily stored and processed in Nigeria. If we need to transfer data outside Nigeria, we will ensure adequate data protection safeguards are in place as required by the NDPR/NDPA.
