Welcome to Tixnig. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any of our services. By accessing or using Tixnig, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Tixnig Technologies Limited ("Tixnig", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We operate a premium event ticketing and vendor marketplace platform.

To sell tickets or access organizer features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Attendees may purchase tickets without creating an account. A record of the purchase will be associated with the email address provided at checkout.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@tixnig.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is inactive for more than 24 months.
Organizers may create event listings by providing event details including title, date, time, venue, ticket types, and pricing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all event information.
You set the price for your tickets. Tixnig does not control or influence ticket pricing. All prices displayed to Attendees will include the applicable Service Fee unless you choose to absorb the fee.
Tixnig charges a Service Fee per ticket sold. This fee is deducted automatically from each transaction before payout. Tixnig reserves the right to modify Service Fees with 30 days' prior written notice.
Organizer payouts are processed for verified sales. Payouts are sent to the bank account registered on your Organizer dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are accurate.

When you purchase a ticket on Tixnig, you are entering into a transaction with the Event Organizer, not with Tixnig. We act as a technology platform facilitating the transaction.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital ticket containing a unique QR code via email and in your ticket wallet.
Tixnig Studio is our in-house event branding service providing professional visual assets including flyers, social media graphics, banners, ticket designs, stage backdrops, and branded merchandise designs.
Submit a branding request, receive a quote, approve it, and we begin production. You receive drafts for review with up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Pricing is custom and project-based.
Tixnig Crew provides trained personnel and professional scanning equipment for ticket verification, attendee check-in, and gate access control at your event venue.
Tixnig Moments is our custom events service for personal occasions: weddings, birthdays, burial services, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, and private gatherings.
Guest information collected through Moments is owned by the Organizer. Tixnig will not use guest data for marketing purposes unless the guest independently creates a Tixnig account or opts in.
Tixnig Concierge connects Organizers with curated event service providers including photographers, videographers, DJs, live bands, MCs, decorators, event planners, sound engineers, ushers, security personnel, and food/drink vendors.
Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Tixnig. Agreements between Organizers and Vendors are direct contracts. Tixnig facilitates the introduction but is not a party to the service agreement.

All content on the Tixnig Platform is the property of Tixnig Technologies Limited and is protected by Nigerian copyright and trademark laws.
Organizers retain ownership of their event content. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your event on the Platform and our social media channels.
Tixnig is a technology platform that connects Organizers and Attendees. We are not the organizer, host, or producer of any event. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Tixnig shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount of Service Fees paid by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tixnig Technologies Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any event you organize or attend through the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
